RULES AND SAFETY
WARNING AND LIMITATIONS
Impact, flipping, climbing, and other activities can result in serious or fatal head injury, paralysis, bone fracture, and/or serious injury. Be responsible and participate at your own risk. Non-compliance may result in the loss of your paid activity time.
- Do not attempt any obstacle, skill or activity outside your own limitations, abilities, or skill level. Use involves inherent risk. Participate with extreme caution at your own risk.
- Do not participate if you have any health limitations, had recent surgeries, are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if you are pregnant.
- Failure to follow the rules and safety guidelines may result in loss of jump pass, serious injury or death.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
- All waivers must be properly completed before entering any activity area.
- Everyone has reviewed the rules and viewed the safety video (if applicable).
- Everyone must have a valid jump/activity ticket before entering any activity zone.
- Guests and accompanying adults must completely understand and agree to follow all rules and staff member instructions.
- Everyone is in good health without any restrictions. Every guest and participant must be aware of those around them.
- Activities may involve individuals of different sizes, ages, and abilities; guest participation is at their own risk.
- Guests and accompanying adults assume full responsibility for their actions and conduct.
- Guests and accompanying adults should also assume full responsibility of their own personal property, including, but not limited to, cameras, cell phones, shoes, handbags/purses, etc.
- Staff members reserve the right to relocate guests, accompanying adults and spectators to a different area at any time.
MAIN COURT (OPEN JUMP) RULES

ALWAYS:
- Listen to the instructions of the court attendants at all times.
- Wear appropriate footwear at all times.
- Keep your pockets empty.
- Pull back long hair into a ponytail, braid, or similar to maintain clear sight of the sweeper arm and the trampoline.
- Only one person on each square trampoline.
- On tumbling tracks, a distance of 10' or more should be maintained between guests.
- Jump around other guests of similar size.
DO NOT:
- Lay down or rest anywhere within the court.
- Exceed the max capacity at any time.
- Use any foul language or unsportsmanlike conduct.
- Run or race on the court.
- Climb up the walls.
- Jump on to another guest's trampoline.
- Flip more than two times (2x) in a row on square trampolines.
- Flip over pads (from trampoline to trampoline or trampoline to platform).
EXTREME DODGEBALL RULES

ALWAYS:
- Listen to the instructions of the court attendants at all times.
- Wear appropriate footwear at all times.
- Keep your pockets empty.
- Pull back long hair into a ponytail, braid, or similar to maintain clear sight of the sweeper arm and the trampoline.
- Only one person on each square trampoline.
- Jump with other guests of similar size.
DO NOT:
- Lay down or rest anywhere within the court.
- Exceed the max capacity at any time.
- Use any foul language or unsportsmanlike conduct.
- Run or race on the court.
- Climb up the walls.
- Kick the dodgeballs.
- Jump on to another guest's trampoline or flip during a game.
- Block entry/exit points at any time. Form organized lines while waiting for your turn to play.
Standard Dodgeball Rules Apply:
- When a player is hit with a ball, they must raise their hands and leave the court. If someone aims and hits someone with their arms raised, they are out.
- No headshots, anyone who has thrown a headshot is out.
- If a player catches a ball that was thrown at them, the one who threw the ball is out
- To maintain a constant flow of new players, giving all guests an equal chance to play, dodgeball games should last no more than 2 minutes max.
WIPE OUT RULES

ALWAYS:
- Listen to the instructions of the court attendants at all times.
- Wear appropriate footwear at all times.
- Keep your pockets empty.
- Only one guest per zip line at a time.
- Pull back long hair into a ponytail, braid, or similar to maintain clear sight of the sweeper arm and the trampoline.
- Make a direct and immediate exit from the pit after landing.
- Attempt to land in the pit with your bottom or feet first.
- Wait until the previous guest has exited the pit before starting a new game.
DO NOT:
- Lay down or rest anywhere within the court.
- Exceed the max capacity at any time.
- Use any foul language or unsportsmanlike conduct.
- Hang on the trolley upside down.
- Jump, flip, dive, or drop "penciled" (rigid, straight line with feet-first) off of the starting platform.
- Block the entry and exit points of the pit on the platform. Keep a large space open for guests to enter and exit.
- Attempt any play on this attraction if you are under 48" tall.
FOAM/AIR BAG PIT RULES:
- Guests should land on the foam/air bag with their bottom or back.
- Jumpers should never attempt anything outside of their current skill level.
ZIP LINE RULES

ALWAYS:
- Listen to the instructions of the court attendants at all times.
- Wear appropriate footwear at all times.
- Time your jumps to clear the moving sweeper arm.
- Stay within your trampoline during the entire game (one person per trampoline).
- Pull back long hair into a ponytail, braid, or similar to maintain clear sight of the sweeper arm and the trampoline.
DO NOT:
- Lay down or rest anywhere within the court.
- Exceed the max capacity at any time.
- Use any foul language or unsportsmanlike conduct.
- Block the entry and exit points around the wipe out.
- Attempt flips or stunts over the sweeper arm.
- Jump on to another guest's trampoline.
- Lay or hang on the sweeper arm.
- Attempt any play on this attraction if you are under 48" tall.
BATTLE BEAM RULES

ALWAYS:
- Listen to the instructions of the court attendants at all times.
- Wear appropriate footwear at all times.
- Keep your pockets empty.
- Pull back long hair into a ponytail, braid, or similar to maintain clear sight of the sweeper arm and the trampoline.
- Only two guests on the battle beam at a time.
- Play with other guests of similar size.
- End the game when someone backs up within a few feet of the steps.
- Attempt to land in the pit with your bottom or feet first.
- Wait until the previous guest has exited the pit before starting a new game.
DO NOT:
- Lay down or rest anywhere within the court.
- Exceed the max capacity at any time.
- Use any foul language or unsportsmanlike conduct.
- Swing the jousting pads at another guest
- Hit another guest's head with the jousting pads.
- Flip, dive, or jump "penciled" (rigid, straight line with feet-first) off of the beam.
- Block the entry and exit points of the beam, or pit, on the platform. Keep a large space open for guests to enter and exit.
FIDGET LADDER RULES

ALWAYS:
- Listen to the instructions of the court attendants at all times.
- Wear appropriate footwear at all times.
- Keep your pockets empty.
- Pull back long hair into a ponytail, braid, or similar to maintain clear sight of the sweeper arm and the trampoline.
- Only one guest on the fidget ladder at a time.
- Wait until the previous guest has completely crossed before attempting to cross.
- Attempt to land in the pit with your bottom or feet first.
- Wait until the previous guest has exited the pit before attempting to cross.
DO NOT:
- Lay down or rest anywhere within the court.
- Exceed the max capacity at any time.
- Use any foul language or unsportsmanlike conduct.
- Intentionally swing or spin the ladder at any time.
- Flip, dive, or jump "penciled" (rigid, straight line with feet-first) off the ladder.
- Block the entry and exit points of the beam, or pit, on the platform. Keep a large space open for guests to enter and exit.
ROPES COURSE RULES

ALWAYS:
- Ask staff members for help on the ropes course.
- Use the devices as instructed in signs and verbal directions from staff.
- Keep around 10ft. (3m.) distance from other guests (one participant per obstacle section at a time).
- Be aware and respectful of others on the course around you.
- Keep the trolley and its sling line in front of you, between your shoulders.
- Stand outside of entry/exit points on the platforms when you are waiting for your turn.
DO NOT:
- Attempt the ropes course if you are pregnant, recovering from a recent surgery, or if you have stitches, back/neck problems, heart problems, or have a history of panic of anxiety attacks.
- Enter the course unless you are wearing a harness.
- Tamper with the carabiners, trolley sling line, or harness.
- Hang in your harness for more than 30 seconds.
- Hang upside down.
- No running, jumping, or rough play. Operators reserve the right to remove participants who do not correctly use the equipment.
CLIMBING ATTRACTIONS RULES

ALWAYS:
- Announce yourself to staff members when you are ready to be clipped in and out of the belay.
- Let staff members clip you in and out from the belay
- If you are in need of help, please raise your hand.
- To descend after a climb, face the wall, sit into the harness and push off the wall with your feet while holding on to the rope with both hands.
- When waiting your turn, stand outside of landing zones.
DO NOT:
- Climb unless you are wearing a harness.
- Clip or unclip your own belay.
- Operate any of the belays or activities without help from a staff member.
- Stand in, or run through, landing zones.
- Hold on to the wall while coming down.
- Hang upside down.
INTERACTIVE GAMING STATION RULES

- One person per trampoline.
- No climbing up the gaming features or fixtures
- Follow the instructions and use of the AR feature exactly as its design intends.
- No sitting down or resting on the trampoline(s).
- Be aware of your surroundings at all times.
- Jumpers should never attempt anything outside of their current skill level.
PLAYGROUND RULES

- All children must be monitored by a parent or legal guardian.
- Show respect to other guests and listen to the court attendant.
- No climbing on the containment netting.
- Use both hands when climbing on the playground obstacles.
- No fighting, shoving, running or racing.
- Slides may be used for bottoms only - no head first or reverse sliding is allowed, standing on the slides is also not allowed.
- Guests should never exceed max capacity.
- Guests should never attempt anything outside of their current skill level.
- If there is a foam pit or ball pit as a part of the playground:
- No laying down in the foam/balls, especially near slides.
- Follow the height requirement of 48" tall or under.
